'I'm always looking for great places to hold training events; preferably attractive and comfortable surroundings, great service and mouth watering food (certainly none of that usual conference buffet fare).  So I am delighted to be able to thank you for making that happen in Wells.  We had a fabulous two days of conferencing.  The upstairs room with its vaulted ceiling has a real wow factor.  The service was always perfect.  The food was so good I don't think I have ever seen so few eat so much…and the highlight was dinner preceded by your cookery demonstration and my guests making the canapés (really good team building event).  A truly memorable occasion.  We'll be back soon.  Thanks again for looking after us so well.'
